How many cleaners come to my house?

We customise the number of cleaners allocated based on the size and layout of your home to ensure thorough and efficient cleaning. Our goal is to optimise the cleaning process according to the specific requirements of your space. The faster we’re out of your hair, the sooner you are to enjoying your Netflix series.

Do I get the same cleaner?

Depending on availabilities and frequency, we aim to provide the same cleaners to our clients.

Who checks/monitors the cleaners jobs?

A supervisor will always be present to make sure everything is to our absolute standards. We would also love to hear your feedback after our service

How can I trust the cleaner?

All of our staff have been checked to ensure they have no criminal history, and have been further checked via our screening process. Furthermore, a supervisor will always be on location to oversee the work as well as prevent any unwanted actions. We take any and all feedback seriously, and we will look into any matter to the full extent.

Do you provide your own equipment and products?

Yes. We have worked hard to carefully hand pick the highest quality products and equipment that holds our standards, and helps reduce our cleaning time to get more work done in the allocated time you’ve been provided.

Should I add deep clean to my first service?

If your home hasn’t had a thorough clean in over 30 days, then we highly recommend a deep clean on your initial clean to allow our cleaners the opportunity to uphold our best efforts and leave you with more than a satisfactory result.

How do I reschedule?

Simply give us a call and we’ll be able to manage our team of happy and helpful cleaners to work around your timetable.

Do you have a referral program?

Yes, we do. For every 5 successful referrals (please contact us to set up your code), you will receive a FREE general clean!

How long will it take to clean my house?

Do I have to be home when cleaners come?

Not at all. A lot of our clients leave a key for our staff so they can take advantage of their free time. Our staff are background checked to ensure your belongings are risk free, and your mind at ease.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

While we understand that life is unpredictable & things may come up, all deposits are non refundable. If any cancellation happens less than 24 hours prior to an appointment, a full price cancellation fee will incur.

How do I pay for my service?

We will charge the card you’ve entered on our system. We do not charge your card until service has been completed.

What does arrival window mean?

When booking a time slot, this is what we refer to as an arrival window. So, if you book for your cleaning team to attend your home at 7am, this means that they will arrive between 7-8am. If this is not suitable for you, please contact us to see if we can make alternate arrangements.

I only need a partial clean. Can I book a 2 bedroom service for a 4 bedroom home

Unfortunately no. We go through great lengths to ensure our team has been adequately briefed. If you only need a partial clean on a large house we highly recommend you book for our hourly cleans.

I have pets is that okay?

We do ask that all pets are kept away from our cleaners during our services to provide safety for both our staff and your beloved pets.
