End of lease clean

At ALM cleaning, we believe that a clean home is a happy home. Let us lend you50% cancellation fee will apply to all jobs that are cancelled 24 hours before the job.

All of our bookings are done on a strict time schedule therefore our staff needs access to property that’ll be cleaned on time. If 15 minutes have passed and they can’t get in contact with you about access, our cleaners will leave and cancellation fee will apply.

All cleaning products are provided by us

If client is not happy with clean we are to be notified within 2-4 hours of job being done to send staff back. Anytime after that it is out of ALM's control.

Any animals on the property must be restrained to protect the safety of our staff.

We will not clean any excrements from their human or animal.

All information, bookings, and conversations are kept private and confidential.
